Howdy!
Aand we’re back with the “Writing as explained by” posts. I have decided as of right now, that I’ll try and do one of these a month, so here’s me barely sneaking in at the deadline as per usual.
Today’s movie – Pirates of the Caribbean. I legit considered not doing this one since it forced me to face my own incompetence when spelling Caribbean. (Seriously, after several failed attempts, I googled it.)
Here we go.
Sending your baby off to an editor…
When one character is making everything needlessly difficult…
Trying to establish how serious a relationship is before proceeding with your awesome plot…
Reconnecting with an old story idea that decides to randomly resurrect itself…
When your story decides to gift you with an awesome idea…at the most inopportune times…
When a reader accuses you of being an “evil writer”. Like what even…
When most everyone survives the book and everyone comments on it…
When people try to annoy you during an intense writing session…
Trying to hide from the plot bunny army…
How you wish you could deal with said plot bunnies…
(And basically cause I’m a terrible person…) Me trying to write religious/allegorical fiction…
So there you go! What’d I miss? π

This was hilarious! I loved it, especially the plot bunny one. That is so true. You should do a NaNo post as explained by movies π Have you done an LotR one?

FINALLY, I got a chance to read this. I love it!! XD XD Hilariously perfect, and it makes me want to go back and watch the movies again. (Actually, I’ve only ever seen the first one–really should remedy that.) π

YES! You should go watch them now! The first three are my favorite for sure. 4 is all right, and I didn’t much care for 5. But the original 3 are the best. π

I’ve heard mixed things about everything after 3, but I loved the first one, so I’m definitely going to continue the franchise. I’ll probably end up watching them all, in the end. XD
