Three Day Quote Challenge – Day 1

Howdy!

A seriously long time ago, the amazing Phoenix Grey tagged me for the 3 day quote challenge. I’ve finally gathered together some of my favorite quotes (most are written on sticky notes on my desk), so here we go!

Rules:

  1. Post three consecutive days
  2.  You can pick one or three quotes per day
  3. Challenge three different bloggers per day This is the place blog tags go to die, people.

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters to what lies within us

– Ralph Waldo Emerson

No one can make you feel inferior without your consent

– Eleanor Roosevelt

If you must doubt, doubt your doubts, never your beliefs

– Amish proverb

I’m pretty sure I cited all of these correctly. 🙂

I’m always on the lookout for more good quotes to put up on my desk. What are some of your favorites?

  1. I have a notebook full of them! Some of the highlights are Matt Maher lyrics and bible verses, but some pop culture references, too. I think that quote from Eleanor is in there as well, good one!

“I know I have the body of a weak and feeble woman, but I have the heart and stomach of a king.”-Elizabeth Tudor

“Unpopularity, earned for doing what is right, is not unpopularity at all, but glory.”- Marcus Tullius Cicero

“Destiny is for the weak; strong men build their own lives.”-John Marco

Please leave a comment! I try and reply to all of them. Just keep it clean and relevant to the post. Stay shiny!
